48-Hour Return Window

Our policy lasts 2 days (48 hours). If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final.
  • Personal Items: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and health/personal care items cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards.

Refunds & Inspections

Once your return is received and inspected at our Blackbay location, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or the same product, please email us and visit our store in Blackbay.

  • Costs: You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Delivery: We do not provide tracking services and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item via mail. We recommend returning items in person to our Blackbay location to ensure they arrive within the 2-day window.
